I probably should program a chatbot about all this, and I might do so but in the meantime, let me answer some frequently asked questions here:

WHAT IS THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND

 THIS PLATFORM?

The goal of People Attraction is NOT to teach you EVERYTHING around sourcing, simply because in our ever evolving world, this is impossible.

The aim is to help you adopt the sourcing mentality, to see things maybe diffenrently and give you ideas, tools and tips to reach what you want to achieve.

I AM NOT YOUR TEACHER, I AM YOUR GUIDE

I will explain what I do but mainly WHY I do it and will point you towards other external ressources if you want to go further. Tools evolve, everything changes fast and at global level, they can vary a lot but when you know WHAT you need and HOW to look for it, you can find it.

You will discover the world of sourcing, the great sourcers out there, I will point you towards free interesting content available on the web.

Watching a few hours of videos is easy, it won't make you a sourcer, but it will DEFINITELY show you the way.

who is giving the training course?

Behind The People Attraction Theory, there is predominantly Guillaume Alexandre. You can find my linkedin here, my company website there. But Google me and you'll find me :-)

My "sourcing pedigree"? 

- 15 years recruiting experience, 8 years really focused on Sourcing and advanced Sourcing techniques.

- I set up sourcing teams at international companies and I'm really a hands-on sourcer, not just a trainer and speaker, I walk the talk.

- Trained more than 15 sourcing teams around Europe for Luxury goods companies, tech companies etc

- 2nd (in both 2017 and 2019) at the Sourcecon Grandmaster Challenge

- First ever French speaker to keynote at Sourcecon US

- Regular speaker at Sourcing Summit (Europe, Germany, UK etc) and Sourcecon (Budapest, Amsterdam, Seattle)

- Co organiser of #truGeneva

But I will not be alone, I don't know it all and there are other great sourcers I am planning to invite on the platform to give content.

Will I be assessed/ will there be quizz?

This platform is made for professionals willing to better their practices, not for students willing to get a foot in the recruitment world. 

I have not planned to put quizzes together at this stage, if this is something important to you, please let me know.

What is the platform USed?

All the content and payments is handled directly by teachable.com an internationally reknown online training platform. All the content is secured there and available both on desktop and mobile (only on iOS for the moment).

Is this training recognized by the state? CAn I get it subsidized? 

This platform being international by essence, it's hard for me to apply for state certified approvals in all the countries but I am planning to partner with people in relevant countries to see if it's possible. In short, not for the moment sorry.

Upon completion, you will receive a "certificate of completion" and I'll see if I can get a linkedin badge for it. Work in progress.

How long do I have to complete the course?

From your starting date, you will have access to the platform for 1 year. The content will be updated regularly and new content will be added as the platform develop. It will also depend on its success, the more people on it, the more I'll be able to dedicate time to it so talk to your friends :-)

Every license is personal and non transferable. I made the price affordable so everyone can afford it while still valueing it. I can track your logs etc. If any abuse is spotted, your account will be blocked, canceled and no refund will be granted. But I'm a nice guy, I'll (probably) call you beforehand.

CAN I OFFER THIS TRAINING AS PART OF ONBOARDING MY NEWCOMERS?

I am working on a physical pack that you could offer to your newcomers as part of their onboarding. This is not ready yet, I am working on it but please contact me if you think it's something you'd like to have in your company as part of onboarding of newcomers.
